What age are the small world play sets appropriate for?
Make Play Create small world play sets do have small parts so we can comfortably say for children 3 years and above.
They are designed to grow with your child; if your child is younger than 3 we strongly advise not putting out the small parts that could be a choking hazard.
Our son has been playing with these sets at least since he was twelve months old.
Do you offer free express shipping?
Sure do! Free express shipping Australia wide. Delivered within the week. We have partnered with the best courier who prides themselves on 1-2 day delivery Australia wide. Rural properties may take longer and PO Boxes need to be sent through Aus Post.

What is small world play?
Does your child mimic most things you say and do? Ours does! And it’s totally developmental and shows that they are learning about their world.
All day long our kids practice, play and pretend engaging in the world around them.
Small world play provides children to engage in play based around real life scenarios. Small world play is usually based around a particular theme and themes are honestly endless. For example: Australian animals, minibeast and reptiles, sea life, craft.
The beauty of our small world play sets is that no matter how many times they are set up and played with they will always provide a new experience, growing with your child as they develop more understanding of their world. The play changes, the language evolves, and so does the experience.
What does the research say about opened ended play for kids?
The research shows that there are so many amazing benefits to our kids engaging in small world play and open ended play. There are even benefits for us adults too! In short the benefits of small world play for children can be broken into these categories:
