Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of these products we do not offer refunds or exchange. Every product is checked for quality assurance prior to shipping; so in the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with proof of damage and we will exchange the item and offer a like-for-like replacement.

No returns or exchanges will be offered if contact is made after 24 hours of receipt.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us at Make Play Create. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. We respect and protect the privacy of our users.
