All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria (even during lockdown we are shipping twice per week!)

We ship all orders within 2 business days.

We offer FREE Express Delivery within Australia. 1-2 days express delivery, nationally. (Delivery times will vary depending on your location e.g. rural properties will take longer for delivery as will PO Boxes.)

Tracking details will be sent when shipped.

In the unlikely event that stock is unavailable, Pre-Orders are offered to customers and prioritised for shipping as soon as stock is available. Lead time for Pre-Orders will typically be between 2 - 4 weeks, however, we endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible.

During peak seasons (and pandemics), delivery may take longer than usual - this is dependent on the carrier - we will inform you if this is the case.

We guarantee delivery within 7 days or your order is free! *Please note, this guarantee does not include the delivery of the Balance Board.

Make Play Create is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Make Play Create is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Make Play Create will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.
